As a Senior Growth Manager, I lead the affiliate channel strategy for my brands, managing a diverse portfolio of partners including PPC search partners, media buyers, influencers, display partners, loyalty and coupon partners, and editorial publishers. Additionally, I facilitate bespoke strategic partnerships, such as the collaboration between JustAnswer and AARP, which align with broader business development goals. My role involves optimizing these relationships to achieve a range of client KPIs, including customer acquisition, lifetime value (LTV), revenue growth, and lead generation. Through strategic planning, data analysis, and effective partner management, I ensure our affiliate marketing efforts are aligned with and contribute to broader business objectives.
As an Agency Growth Manager, I drive revenue growth for up to eight clients at a time by cultivating strategic partnerships across all levels of the funnel. My role involves developing, presenting, and successfully executing strategies to achieve our growth objectives. I routinely pull reports and analyze data which informs my strategies and helps me adjust for maximum effectiveness. Additionally, I skillfully negotiate rates, create partner contracts, and manage media budgets, positioning clients for ongoing success. My daily toolkit includes Gsuite, SimilarWeb, Slack and network platforms such as Impact, CJ, and Rakuten.
Led a team responsible for onboarding new affiliates and optimizing existing relationships to achieve KPIs such as CPA efficiency, lifetime value (LTV), and revenue growth. Oversaw the execution of campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, PPC, and native advertising, while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Frequently met with and presented opportunities to potential clients, successfully winning brands for our direct advertiser side of the business. Developed new, consistent branding for PointClickTrack.com, including banner ad and landing page creation. Led UI and UX development for the CMS, working closely with the development team to implement changes that enhanced the user experience and aligned with business goals. Collaborated extensively with affiliate and advertiser teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of their pain points and needs, which informed my design work and improved campaign effectiveness. This cross-functional collaboration provided me with a deep insight into the challenges of affiliate marketing, ultimately leading to my transition into a leadership role where I could directly influence affiliate strategy and partnership development.
Oversaw the prepress department, leading a team responsible for all prepress activities from file preparation to final print layouts. Managed the onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring they were proficient with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and RIP software. Developed and implemented systems and best practices that streamlined workflows, optimized resource use, and improved overall production quality. Collaborated with other departments to ensure that projects met client specifications and were delivered on time. My leadership in building a strong, efficient prepress team contributed to the success of numerous high-profile projects.

Apart from being the best father and husband I can be, I spend my time as a DIY'er fixing up our 10 acre hobby farm. I raise beef, my wife rides horses, and my children raise chickens. I enjoy the connection to nature and hard labor after a day of working in the digital world at my desk.
When I'm not working at my desk or tending to the farm, I also enjoy cooking, woodworking, tree felling, fishing, singing, and golf.
